Support Groups for People with Brain INjury

There are currently two virtual support groups in Alaska.  You can join these either by computer or by phone 

 1 - Concussion and TBI Peer Support Group (virtual) - Wednesday 6-7 pm. More info and registration here
2 - TABI Peer Group Wednesday 2-3:30pm (Virtual). For the link, please email here

 the COncussion Legacy Foundation's email Help line can be accessed here.  They can help you find resources of all sorts.  

Free Online Yoga Classes for anyone with brain injury

IN conjunction with Yoga For Mental Health and Love YOur Brain, we are training yoga teachers across the state to work with their community members who have brain injury.   You can learn more about those trainings Here. 

The teachers we have trained are offering free online yoga classes and you can get more info on those here.
